BECIL, BCPL & NCPL (A 100% subsidiary of UFO Moviez India Limited) have joined hands together to promote digital India mission including digital cinema services on pan India basis with a special focus on rural and semi urban areas. And in furthering the cause, BECIL has entered into an Agreement with R.A.N. Developers Private Limited for the investment, construction and lease of 4656 BHKs in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat & Rajasthan under the BHK project. The BHK will have multiple services under one roof as well as multiple retail shops to service the needs of local population & visitors.

BHK

Bharat HEERA Kendra (BHK) comprises spaces for Healthcare, Education, Entertainment (Cinema Theaters), Retail Activities (HEERA) and a Digital Utility Center providing e-commerce services. This unit will be set up amongst a cluster of 6 to 7 villages covering a population of 35 to 40 thousand within a radius of 5 to 7 kms requiring approx. 2,000 sq. m plot area (21,474 sq. ft.). Front of 52.5 meters facing tar road and depth of 38 meters and built-up area of 808 sq. m (8,700 sq. ft. approx).

Each BHK unit will have

  • One health care centre named as Bharat Ayushman Kendra (BAK) with a built-up area of 1,000 sq. ft. approx. including one pharmacy of 179 sq. ft. approx.
One smart classroom named as Bharat Smart Class (BSC) of 850 sq. ft. approx. size. Two cinemas with Audi 1 having a seating capacity of 125 seats covering an area of 1,290 sq. ft. approx. and Audi 2 of 64 seats covering an area of 660 sq ft. approx. equipped with Immersive Surround Sound System and Digital Projection equipment’s. Digital utility service centre. Apart from the above facilities, it will have a 10-12 shops (of 10 ft. x 15 ft. size) to generate employment for a 25 + local people. The Shops will be utilized to cater to the needs of the local people/ students as well as village farmers for selling products like pesticides/ fertilizers, other agricultural and locally required goods.

Commercial appreciation of Farmers’ land enriching them financially & socially. Assured revenue generation to the Land owner by way of monthly lease rent. Assured employment to Landowner’s family members (2 nos). Generation of livelihood for local population right from construction stage and once the BHKs become operational in various fields & segments. Assured monthly revenue to Investors by way of monthly lease rent. ROI (Return on Investment) for Investor better than current market trends as guaranteed by back to back lease agreements with Government entity. Multiple services and retail shops under one roof – convenience to the villagers. Health Care Centre – affordable health care facility including general health, consultation, X-Ray, Sonography, Dental Care, Pharmacy & even minor operation theatre with 3 -4 beds. Multiple shops catering to local people / students / farmers catering to their daily needs Smart Class Room – now the students do not have to travel too far for their exam / study needs. Movie theatre – First day, first show opportunity to villagers with this satellite based projection technology that too at nominal ticket prices. Digital Utility & E-commerce centre – services like Insurance, money transfer, Aadhar & PAN application etc. under one roof. Retail, Cafeteria and F&B Services – for the local population to socialise and spend time with family. Commercial uplift and development of the locality / villages once the BHK becomes operational thus creating centralized hub of commercial & social activities.
